Overview
Provides individual, group, and outreach support to youth who are at-risk, marginalized, street-involved, and/or being supported by MCFD. Services include independent living and transitional support services; anger management groups; street outreach services; and Community Connections, a drop-in recreation program. All services except street outreach are by referral from MCFD.
