New Sponsor Spaces Available For Food Bank's Adopt-A-Family Program
For many years the Guelph Food Bank has been running the Adopt-A-Family Program with great success. The GFB matches clients of high need with local businesses, individuals, families or organizations who want to help others within their community during the Christmas season.
A list is compiled of items which the family members need and/or would like for Christmas. The selected families are those that, due to their circumstances could simply not afford to purchase extra food or gifts at Christmas time. Each family’s wish list includes a food list as well to ensure the family is able to enjoy their traditional turkey dinner on Christmas Day.
This program would be impossible for us to run without the help of our valued sponsors.
