Toronto Food Banks See Record-High Visits During Covid-19 Pandemic

CTV News Toronto reports that the city’s food banks received a record number of visitors during the pandemic, according to a new report from the Daily Bread and North York Harvest food banks.

The report notes that food bank visits in Canada’s most populous city rarely go up by more than five to 10 per cent year-over-year.
